Do you offer Refunds?

Refund Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your Black and Blue purchase. We don’t give refunds simply if you change your mind; however, we are happy to exchange or refund if you are not entirely satisfied due to the following reasons:

  • If the item received is faulty
  • Doesn’t match the sample or description

Please notify us within 5 (five) days of purchase and return the goods in the original packaging within 14 (fourteen) days to:

Items will be fully refunded or exchanged providing they are unworn and in the same condition as when they arrived and you have taken care to ensure the items are received by us and not damaged in transit.

Please note that any purchase made for posing trunks will not be refunded or exchanged due to health regulations.

If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only.

Postage and handling costs are non-refundable unless goods received have been faulty. We are not responsible for the return postage or packages that do not reach us.

Please make sure you retain proof of postage.
